How we handle your information

The information you enter in the membership application is sent directly to the club's own database. It is not shared with advertising networks, and it is not published anywhere on this website.

Only the club owner and members of the team who are explicitly authorised to manage registrations can read applications. Content editors do not have access to applicant information.

We store what you provide: your name, Student ID, university email, major, study year, phone number, optional LinkedIn profile, first and optional second department preference, your reasons for joining, any skills you choose to share, your consent, the form language, and the time of submission. We also keep a one-way identifier derived from your network address to prevent spam; it does not reveal the original address.

We use this information only to review your application and to contact you about EMC membership.
